Mission Statement

Physical Education courses at Santa Rosa High School teach you the foundation for a physically active lifestyle.  Students become independent learners who initiate and monitor their own participation in physical activity. These classes promote an active lifestyle that leads to improved health, motor skill development and better cognitive performance.

"You don’t stop playing because you grow old; you grow old because you stop playing!!!"
