Parent Information

Graduation Date and Time: May 31, 6:30 PM, at Nevers Field-SRHS. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

Tickets: Seniors receive six tickets each. They can pick them on 5/17/19 in the Business office once they are all clear from LOP (Loss of Privilege) list (library fines, PE fines & detentions). They may purchase up to two more for $10 each (cash only). These extra tickets will go on sale 5/28/19 in the Business Office, the phone is 707-890-3850, ext. 52103. Students will not receive graduation tickets until they are clear from the LOP list.

​​There is no “reserving” of seats for our graduation: it is first come/first serve seating. There is a handicapped seating area on the track. 

Our graduation ceremony is amazing and we are proud of it. Please do not bring noise-making things, as they usually only drown out other graduates’ names or parts of the program.

Student Information

Graduation Practice 

It will be on May 29 at 2:00 pm, May 30 at 2:00 pm, and May 31 at 8:00 am (after Senior Slide Show/Breakfast). Students who do not attend all 3 graduation practices will not participate in the evening ceremony. Practice is key!

Graduation Schedule

9:00 am: Senior Breakfast at Nevers Field

9:30 am to 10:30 am Graduation Rehearsal 

5:30 pm Graduation line-up in South Gym for graduates

5:30 pm Gates to Nevers Field open  for guests.

6:30 pm The ceremony starts 

 

Dress Code:

  • Caps and Gowns are required for participation in the ceremony.
  • Students are encouraged to wear button-type dress shirts with collars, dress slacks, and shoes, or skirts or dresses. Decorative items (leis, other hats, etc) are not allowed during the ceremony, nor are sunglasses.

Caps and Gowns are required for participation in the ceremony, and students have already reserved these through Jostens (www.northcoastgrad.com Ph: 707.569.7364). Caps and gowns may not be altered or decorated in any way. You may return cap, gown, and tassel for a refund, on Monday, June 3, at SRHS between 10 AM - 11:30 AM (all must be returned for a refund on your deposit) in the Main Office Building. This is the only date and time to return these items for a refund of your deposit.

Transcripts:

Please remember to (if applicable) turn in SRJC transcript and/or grade notification forms,  online transcript, PE exemption or credits for athletic participation forms, Foreign Language exemption form to your counselor by May 17 at 3:00 PM (if applicable). These will hold up your graduation tickets. 

Diplomas:

Students do not receive their real diplomas as they walk across the stage and are given a diploma holder. All diplomas issued by Santa Rosa High School are inscribed with the name of each student as it appears in the school’s data system. Diplomas will be available for pick-up starting Monday, June 17-28 or after August 1 in the Counseling Office. Students must show a picture ID (ID picture on phone is acceptable) in order to pick-up their diploma.
